INITIAL MEETING
Initial meeting is complimentary. We will come out and meet with you on site. At his meeting, we will discuss the project thoroughly. Initial measurements will be taken so we can give you a proposal. Depending on the scope of the work, proposals can be done on site or within a week. Our proposals will have a detailed breakdown of estimated cost so you know will know exactly where and what you are getting for the money. We will work with you to set a budget to ensure the best design within those parameters.
DESIGN CONTRACT
The proposal will get sent to you electronically for your approval and signature. We require a Design and Engineering fee (if applicable) to get started with plans. The fee depends on the scope of the project. Fees will be attached to the proposal and can be paid online with a Credit Card or ACH transfer.
THE DESIGN PHASE
Once under contract, you will meet with our construction and design team. This phase includes constant interaction and communication between all parties. Design will be finalized in this stage. You will also be given an owner portal where you will have access to important job information such as, schedules, documents, photos, selections, budget, etc... Email and messaging is also available through the portal. You can upload any documents or pictures you have to the portal. The portal can be accessed through this website.
After the design is finalized and you want to proceed with construction, we enter the construction phase. A new contract will be sent to you and a 50% down deposit is required. This is also done electronically. Our Project manager will follow your job now until completion. He will work closely with the designer to implement the design and is also in charge of our trusted subcontractors. He keeps them accountable and on budget throughout the entire build. From sequence to production and quality control.
The last step in any build. This phase includes site cleanup, final inspections and move-in coordination. After completion, we have a final walkthrough to ensure your complete satisfaction. Final photos will be taken at this time.
